Christon Developments are award winning builders and developers that specialise in luxury homes and apartments.

They have quickly gained a reputation with a proven track record of delivering innovative, high quality products and a high standard of workmanship that exceed customers’ expectations.

Christon Developments are always involved and have total control with the entire process, from the early moments of the design stage, to the construction where attention to detail is the main focus, to the completion and handover to the client.

Christon Developments is a multi-award winning company having recently won the 2014 Master Builders Association of NSW for Home Units $500,000-$700,000 for construction of the project ‘Aurum’ at Turramurra.

In 2008 the project ‘Gateway Apartments’ at Breakfast Point won the Master Builders Association of NSW Home Units up to $250,000 for construction and, the most prestigious of all, the 2008 Master Builders Australia National Apartment of the Year.

In 2014 Christon Developments completed ‘Aurum’ which consists of 27 luxury apartments in the leafy upper North Shore suburb of Turramurra. It’s marked by a level of unsurpassed quality and attention to detail, where each residence has been intelligently designed to maximise natural light, ventilation and privacy. Aurum is defined by a rich, elegant exterior, where the use of natural materials such as sandstone and timber combine to bring a warm textural quality, balancing perfectly with the polished sheen of the facet cladding.

In 2020 Christon Developments completed ‘Lachlan’ which consists of 28 luxury apartments and two commercial spaces in the vibrant inner-city suburb at Rushcutters Bay. The interior finishes have been selected by internationally renowned interior designer Iain Halliday from Burley Katon Halliday ‘BKH’ who heads an award-winning design practice firm in Sydney and New York.

‘Lachlan’ finishes include marble floors throughout the apartment including the bathroom walls, timber veneer kitchen and wall panelling. Statuario Calacatta marble slabs for the fireplace, kitchen and bathroom benchtops, state of the art Miele appliances, Astra Walker tapware, Duravit and Villeroy & Boch bathroomware, FLOS lighting imported from Italy and European imported plush carpet have set a new benchmark for high-end luxury apartments in the prominent area of Rushcutters Bay.
