RUSHCUTTERS BAY
‘Lachlan’ which consists of 28 luxury apartments and two commercial spaces in the vibrant inner-city suburb at Rushcutters Bay. The interior finishes have been selected by internationally renowned interior designer Iain Halliday from Burley Katon Halliday ‘BKH’ who heads an award-winning design practice firm in Sydney and New York. The finishes include marble floors throughout the apartment including the bathroom walls, timber veneer kitchen and wall panelling. On the exterior is the Pigmento Red zinc cladding which soars 19 metres high on both frontages of the building and underside of the soffit.
